I know what it is like to need help you cannot afford yet

When you are growing a business, every dollar has to cover the operation and still leave enough to pay yourself. Executive-level help usually costs more than a business at that stage can carry. I started Monarch Equity Group to close that gap.

I am an operator first. I stepped into an established emergency training company that had no systems, and put the process, technology and internal guidelines in place. Revenue grew from under $200,000 to over $500,000 in 2 years. Read the case study

I pair that hands-on experience with a business degree from Georgetown University, where I am now working on my MBA. I am also a Marine Corps veteran.
